In 2024, Martin capped more than 3 decades of executive leadership at P&G. Throughout his journey, Martin mastered a myriad of challenges, from developing from scratch P&G's playbook for entry into East Germany after the fall of the wall, to profitably battling inflation in Latin America, to standing up the “Home is where the growth is” organization in North America, which led to the creation of four billion-dollar brands: Swiffer, Febreze, Cascade and Dawn.
Martin finished the P&G chapter of his career the way he started: with the reinvention of the strategic playbook and the organization model on P&G's $10 billion North America Fabric Care business, which he led as Senior Vice President.
In September of the same year, Martin decided to follow his passion for innovation, brand creation, strategic market growth, and unlocking human potential by launching his new consulting business.
Throughout his career, Martin has applied his German motto “Einfach Machen,” which means “Make it Simple” and “Just Do It.”
